Message from the Captain: “I personally find Calls that cost the participant 50 euros and the Grand Prize is 1000 euros questionable: 20 Participants, and all costs are covered. But since there are exceptions for certain countries (participation fee 25€ or even for free), and they promise to change the world, who am I to stand in their way. So here it comes… a Call for a Social Art Award”
