Concours SOPHOT.com, 6ème édition
Le site SOPHOT.com dédié à la photographie sociale et environnementale organisera une exposition avec les deux reportages lauréats

du mardi 17 mai au samedi 9 juillet 2016
Conditions de participation
● Etre impérativement inscrit sur le site et avoir mis à jour sa Fiche personnelle y compris avec le reportage présenté. Inscription ouverte et gratuite.
● Reportage. Le travail soumis par le photographe devra :
– porter sur un problème social ou environnemental
– avoir été achevé en 2014 ou 2015. Chaque photographe présentera un seul
reportage.
● Dossier de candidature. Chaque dossier soumis à la sélection devra comporter :
– Une biographie sommaire du photographe.
– Une note explicative sur le reportage : intentions, sujet, problématique,
partenaires éventuels et conditions de réalisation… (1 page)
– 30 à 50 photographies au format papier A5, A4 ou plus, (tirages de lecture, ou
impressions laser, de très bonne qualité…)
Chaque photographie devra être accompagnée de sa légende explicative,
de la date et du lieu du reportage, avec le nom du photographe.
– Un CD avec toutes ces mêmes données
(textes au format Word et photos au format jpeg 72dpi 500 pixels)
– Le photographe indiquera s’il est d’ores et déjà prévu que ce reportage fasse
l’objet d’une exposition ou d’une publication en 2016.
Les dossiers sont à déposer ou à envoyer à : SOPHOT.com – 69 boulevard de Magenta 75010 – Paris, France – jusqu’au vendredi 5 février 2016 inclus.
L’annonce de la sélection aura lieu dans la deuxième semaine du mois de mars 2016.
A partir de cette date les dossiers qui n’ont pas été sélectionnés pourront être
récupérés sur place.
La production et le montage de l’exposition seront assurés par le site SOPHOT.com

From Tuesday May 17th until Saturday July 9th, 2016.
Conditions of participation
● be registered on SOPHOT.com with an up-to-date personal file that includes
the project being submitted. Registration is free and open to all.
● The photographic projects submitted for consideration must:
– deal with a social or environmental issue.
– Have been completed in 2014 or 2015.
Only one documentary may be submitted per entrant.
● Application form – Each application form must include:
– A brief biography of the photographer
– A short explanation (1-2 pages) of the project: aims, subject,
social/environmental context, collaborators, shooting conditions.
(In french, is better. Please).
– Between 30 and 50 images, printed on A5 or A4 format paper or larger
(proof prints or high-quality laser prints accepted)
Each image must have its own caption. Please include on the back of each image,
your name, postal and e-mail addresses along with the date and the place
where it was taken.
– A CD including the same data
(text in Word format and photos as 500 pixel 72 dpi jpeg files)
– The photographer must also indicate whether or not it is planned that the work
presented will be exposed or published in 2016.
The application must either be sent by post or otherwise delivered to:
SOPHOT.com 69 boulevard de Magenta, 75010 Paris, France –
no later than Friday February 5, 2016.
The jury will announce their selections during the second week of March 2016.
All applications not selected can be recovered after this date.
The production and installation of this exhibition will be provided by SOPHOT.com
